jidaitong's subsidiary successfully won the bid for the Lin'an Binhu Commercial Project

On April 7, 2022, China Energy Engineering Group Jiangsu Zhongyuan Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongyuan Construction"), a subsidiary of jidaitong, successfully won the bid for Lin'an Binhu Commercial C49 , D2 plot engineering project.

Lin'an Binhu Commercial Project is a general contracting project for the construction of plots C49 and D12, with a total construction area of 491,885.39 square meters. The project is located in Jincheng Street, Lin'an District, Hangzhou. Lin'an District is an eco-tourism area with rich eco-tourism resources. As the core area of Lin'an District, Jincheng Street is the political, economic and cultural center of the whole district. The project combines the advantages of local environmental resources to build an urban commercial center integrating business, office and residence.

The project has important strategic significance for the Group to expand its business territory and increase its undertaking of new building types.
