China Sinogy Electric Group Co., Ltd Won the Honorary Title of “Advanced Party Organization at the Grass-roots Level”

Recently, the Party Branch of China Sinogy Electric Group Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to “CSEG”) affiliated to jidaitong has won the honorary title of “Advanced Party Organization at the Grass-roots Level” by the Party Working Committee of Changhe Street, Binjiang District, Hangzhou City.

Comrade Shen Jianping, party branch secretary of CSEG won the honorary title of “Excellent Secretary of the Party Organization at the Grass-roots Level” of Changhe Street.

Comrade Jia Jia, member of Commissary in Charge of Organization of the Party Branch of CSEG, won the honorary title of “Excellent Member of the Communist Party of China” of Changhe Street.

In order to promote the deep integration of party building with production and management, and to transform the achievements of party building to the driving force for enterprise development, CSEG will consistently gather red power.

The Party Branch promotes “co-development and mutual benefits” of both party building and operation with the working mode of “party building+”. With emphasis on the key and difficult points of production and management, the Party Branch targets on the connecting points and the working points of party building, carries out innovative work, including “party building + cost reduction and efficiency improvement”, “party building + technological innovation”, “party building + skill improvement”, “party building + safety and environment protection”. Party building related work is really integrated into the whole process of avoiding “unplanned shutdown”, rushing for power generation, protecting heat source, reducing coal price and other processes of production and management, cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

In the first half year of 2020, CSEG earnestly carried out the spirit of the meeting of the parent company and focused on annual objectives. In order to overcome the adverse impacts of the COVID-19, CSEG took active measures to strengthen areas of weakness, take practical actions, deeply tap potentials and increase efficiency so as to promote high-quality development of the enterprise through high-quality party building and successfully realize the objectives of “double more than half”.

On the basis of party branch as fortress and party members as exemplary vanguards, the Party Branch gave full play to its functions and emphasized on exemplary leading. The Party Branch always prioritizes political construction, focuses on the objectives of cost reduction and efficiency improvement as well as reduction of loss and increase of profits. We organized teams, such as “Red Vanguard Team of Coal Control”, “Team for Potential Tapping, Consumption Reducing and Technological Breakthrough” and “Party Member Volunteer Team”, which led the charge in difficult, risky and important tasks. Party members fully played the role of exemplary vanguards and constructed courageous and bold teams.

03 Focus on the Integration of Basic Specifications and Brand Building

Without steady ground, the company will be shaken by a gust of wind. The Party Branch carried out each specification in a meticulous and all-round way and reinforced the basis of construction. According to the standard of “Six Have”, the Party Branch highlighted functions, simplifying, clarifying and visualizing the working process.

The Party Branch established a special “learning corner” as a battle field for “the guidance of red power and the original aspiration” with the aim to normalize party member learning and create good atmosphere of party building.

Since the implementation of standardization, the Party Branch explored the construction of “Red Power” brand, fully played the role of party building guidance, party branch guidance, leaders guidance and stuck to the original aspirations, which contributed to the creativity, cohesion and fighting capacity of party branch as well as full improvement of party branch construction. In addition, it will gather power for eliminating losses and increasing gains.
